I’ve been part of the Visual Effects industry since 1993, gathering tons of experience and expertise along the way.
Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work with a bunch of different companies, taking on roles like VFX Supervisor, On-Set Supervisor, 3D Artist, Compositor, and Compositor Supervisor. I’ve even been involved in early pre-production work, helping out with Look Development and crew management.
My journey has taken me all over the world. I moved from Palermo to Milan in 1997, where I worked for Digitalia, one of the first Italian VFX companies. In 2003, I moved to London, and finally, in 2013, I made my way to New Zealand. In London, I worked for major VFX companies like MPC, Cinesite, and DNEG. While working at Weta Digital, I scored a VES Award nomination for my work on “Alita: Battle Angel.”
Looking back, I’ve worked with some pretty cool software like Matador/64 (Parallax) with a Silicon Graphics, Illusion, Acrobat (Parallax), Prisms (Sidefx), and 3DEqualizer. These tools have all helped shape my deep understanding of the VFX world and have been a big part of the story of the VFX industry.
I’m super passionate about what I do and always excited to bring my skills and creativity to new projects.
I aim to continually learn and contribute to the field, always looking for ways to improve and innovate in visual effects.
